The deal, in plain words
These terms govern your use of Zero2Profitable. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who you are dealing with
Zero2Profitable is run by SunCtrades, from the Netherlands.
You can reach us at support@zero2profitable.com. We answer within a few working days.
This is education, not financial advice
Read this part even if you skip the rest. Zero2Profitable teaches how markets and trading work. It does not tell you what to buy or sell, and nothing on the site is personal investment advice, a recommendation, or a signal service. We are not a licensed investment firm or adviser.
Trading carries real risk. Most people who trade lose money, and you can lose more than you expect to. Any result shown on this site, ours or anyone else’s, is history, not a forecast, and is no promise of what you will achieve. What you do with your own money is your decision and your responsibility alone.
Your account
An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself: anything done through your account counts as done by you. If you think someone else has access, reset your password and tell us.
You need to be at least 18. We may suspend or close an account that shares logins, redistributes the material, or tries to break the site. If we do, we refund any period paid for but not used, unless the reason was fraud.
What the membership includes
The course, two live trading sessions a week, a weekly live with questions and answers and reviews of members’ trades, and the members’ section of our Discord server.
The course is still being written. New lessons are added every week; how many are published so far is shown on the pricing page. The live sessions have no fixed days: the times for the coming week are announced every Sunday in the Discord. Access to the Discord runs through Whop, and Discord’s own terms apply there.
Subscription and payment
Membership costs €49 per month. Every new member starts with a free trial of 3 days. We ask for a card up front, but nothing is charged during the trial.
The first 50 members pay a founding price of €29 per month instead. That price stays the same for as long as the membership runs, including the price changes described below. It ends when the membership ends: someone who comes back later pays the price that applies then.
When the trial ends, the first payment is taken and the subscription renews each month until you cancel. Payments are handled by Whop; we never see or store your card details.
If a payment fails, Whop retries it over the following days. Your access continues while it retries. If it keeps failing, access ends, but see the next paragraph.
Cancelling, and what happens to your progress
You can cancel at any time from your account page, under Manage billing. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Your progress is yours and it stays. Ticked skills, XP and rank are kept on your account whether you are paying or not. Come back in a year and it will all be where you left it. We only delete it if you ask us to delete your account.
More on refunds and the statutory cooling-off period is on the cancelling and refunds page.
What you may do with the material
The lessons, text, artwork and structure of the journey belong to us. Your membership buys you personal access for as long as it lasts. You may not copy, republish, resell or share the material, or use it to build a competing course.
Changes
We add to and improve the material over time; that is part of what a subscription buys. We may change these terms or the price, and will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. A new price applies from your next renewal, so you can always cancel first.
If something goes wrong
We do our best to keep the site available, but we cannot promise it will never be down. We are liable for damage caused by our own intent or gross negligence, and otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the problem. We are not liable for trading losses (see the second section).
Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under Dutch law.
Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. If we cannot resolve something between us, the dispute goes to the competent court in the Netherlands. As an EU consumer you can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
